Do you need ESC programming card?
Most ESCs have default settings that will work just fine out of the package. Most can be programmed via the transmitter, but that’s a pain and you need the manual if you can download it. So you don’t NEED a program card.

- Plug one of your ESC three-wire cables into the throttle channel of the RC receiver.
- Turn on the transmitter and set throttle stick to maximum (full up).
- Connect the LiPo battery.
- You will hear a musical tone then two beeps.
- After the two beeps, lower the throttle stick to full down.
How does RC ESC work?

Can I use any program card for ESC?
Usually the answer is no you can’t. Now some ESCs with different names may or may not be made by the same manufacturere and may or may not be programmed the same. Try it and see if it works. I know Castle makes their ESC available for other distributors/sellers and their card may work on all the others.
