These are the basic steps for creating a program on the calculator:
- To create a new program using the Program editor, press. This is illustrated in the first screen.
- Give your program a name and then press [ENTER].
- Enter your program in the Program editor.
- Press [2nd][MODE] when you’re finished writing your program.

Can you use calculator on Act?
Examinees may use any 4-function, scientific, or graphing calculator, as long as it is not on the prohibited list and it is modified (see below), if needed. Calculators may only be used on the mathematics test, including ACT WorkKeys Applied Math. Sharing calculators during the test is not permitted.
